Q: What is the Health Guarantee of my purchase?
A: We guarantee live arrival of all of our reptiles if the shipping terms are met by the customer. We guarantee live delivery as long as someone is home to sign for the package as arranged. We cannot guarantee live delivery of a shipment that has sat on your hot or cold porch for hours. We will not sell or ship any animal that is not feeding or is potentially sick. We've been through the ropes and have lost a few pets of our own and do not want anyone else to experience such a hardship. In the event something goes wrong with the shipping process a digital photo within twenty four hours of delivery is required for any problems. I know it sounds morbid but it is required for proof so that we can replace the reptile with a similar priced/type of leopard gecko. In the event that there is nothing available we will refund you.
Q: How do we ship?
A: We use Next Day Service for all shipments. We care as much about the reptile we are shipping as you will once it is a member of your family!!! We require someone to be home to sign for the package and unpack the animals ASAP. If this is not possible we prefer the shipment to be held at the carrier's office for you to pick up, rather than having the package traveling around town in the back of a truck. We can also ship the package to a work address, neighbor, or family member if that is more convenient. Tracking numbers are provided to our customers so you may check the status of your package online.

Q: When do we ship?
A: We prefer to ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This is to ensure that if there is a delay by the carrier that the package is not held up over a weekend. Please make us aware of any seasonal highs or lows in temperature in your area so we can appropriately pack the reptile for shipping. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions (below 40 F or above 90 F.) If you insist on shipping during extreme weather, we will not guarantee live delivery.
 
Q: How much is shipping going to cost?
A: Shipping is a Flat Rate of $50 for up to 2 reptiles going Next Day Service to anywhere in the 48 Continental United States. This charge includes the cost of the box, packaging materials, and actual shipping cost. Animals are shipped in a styrofoam insulated box, and heat or cold packs added as necessary.We do not upcharge our shipping. While we understand shipping is expensive it is worth every penny to make sure your reptile arrives safe and happy to you!

 Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept credit card payments via Paypal. We are also happy to take a personal check or money order, however for these methods nothing will be shipped until the payment has cleared. Please contact us for our mailing address.
